What are your business hours?
We are open Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM & Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Closed on Sunday.

We are located in Riverwalk Plaza off of 170 at 51 Riverwalk Blvd Ste 3B, Ridgeland, SC 29936. Conveniently situated behind Livingood’s, next door to The Lunch Lady.

Yes! We have free on-site parking available for all clients.

Yes, you can combine facial, massage, and add-on services in one appointment.

Facials & Skincare Treatments

What kind of facials do you offer?
We offer a variety of facials including custom, anti-aging, acne-clearing, hydration, and brightening facials.

How long does a facial take?
Most facials last 60–90 minutes, depending on the type.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, we use gentle, medical-grade, cruelty-free products tailored to your skin’s needs.

What skincare brands do you use?
We use professional lines such as Murad, PCA, Camara, and Procell Therapies.

Can I get a facial while pregnant?
Yes! We offer pregnancy-safe facials and will tailor the treatment to your stage and comfort.

Do your facials include extractions?
Yes, extractions are included in most custom and acne-focused facials unless otherwise requested.

How often should I get a facial?
We recommend a facial every 4–6 weeks for optimal skin health.
Massage & Body Treatments

Do you offer massage services?
Yes, we offer full-body, deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxing, RockTape recovery and prenatal massages.

Can I add enhancements to my treatments?
Yes, you can add RockTape recovery & CBD massage balm to any massage service. You can also choose 1 of 6 algae masks to add to a facial service.
Appointments & Booking

How can I book an appointment?
You can book directly on our website, or by calling us.

Do you require a deposit to book?
Deposits are only required for Microchanneling services. A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied to your service. For all other services, an active card is required to be placed on file to secure your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 12 hours’ notice for all cancellations. By booking, you authorize this business to charge your card on file a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper notification, and up to a 100% charge for cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment. If you are late or need to leave early, you will be charge for the scheduled appointment time/service. All deposits are non-refundable.

What happens if I’m late?
Your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. If your appointment has to be rescheduled, you are subject to a same day cancellation charge.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, just give us a call, go online, or use your confirmation email to reschedule online.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay). No checks, please.

Do you offer gift cards or gift certificates?
Yes! You can purchase digital or physical gift certificates in any amount.

Are there discounts for first-time clients?
Yes! First-time clients receive a discount if they are coming in from a current offer they seen or a coupon they have.

Do you have a referral program?

Can I buy the products you use in treatments?
Yes! We retail our professional skincare lines in-spa.

Do you provide product consultations?
Yes, we’ll recommend a full skincare regimen tailored to your skin. It is best to schedule a facial so the esthetician can get a good look and feel for your skin type.

What if the product I bought doesn’t work for me?
We offer exchange or credit within 14 days on unopened products or products with no more than ¼ of the product used.

What sanitation practices do you follow?
We follow strict state-regulated sanitization protocols, using hospital-grade disinfectants after every client.

Are linens and tools cleaned between appointments?
Yes, all linens are freshly laundered, and tools are disinfected between each use.

Yes, we maintain clean air circulation, sanitizing stations, and staff wellness checks.
