Microchanneling is a minimally invasive skin treatment that uses a device with fine needles (with a needle length of about .25mm to .5mm max) to create tiny channels in the skin. Think tiny pokes, big results. You may be asking, is Microchanneling a painful treatment? The answer is that most people find the treatment completely tolerable. A numbing cream is usually applied beforehand to reduce discomfort, and most people don’t feel anything after the cream is applied.
